At Scoopin’ with My Gnomies, every order is carefully packed and checked before it leaves The Burrow. 🏡💜

Because our products include mystery items and curated goodies, returns and refunds are only accepted if an item arrives broken, damaged, or spilled.

If something arrives damaged or spilled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

✨ Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference, change of mind, or simply not liking an item received in a mystery scoop or mystery box.
