Every order is carefully packed by Mama Gnomie and the Gnomes before it leaves The Burrow! 🍄📦💜

📬 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 3–5 business days. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer.

🚚 Shipping

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please allow the shipping carrier additional time for delivery. Shipping times may vary due to weekends, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

📍 Address Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Scoopin’ with My Gnomies is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is their responsibility. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or stolen after delivery.

If your tracking shows an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to start a claim.

💔 Damaged Packages

We package orders carefully, but sometimes packages have a rough journey.

If something arrives broken, damaged, or spilled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

🍄 Mystery Orders

Because our mystery scoops, orbs, and themed boxes contain surprise treasures, the exact items shown in promotional photos are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.
