Welcome to Scoopin’ with My Gnomies! By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

🛍️ Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, we will begin preparing your goodies for shipment.

Because many of our products are mystery-based or curated, specific items, colors, characters, and designs cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.

🔮 Mystery Scoops & Mystery Boxes

Mystery products are selected by Mama Gnomie and the Gnomes based on the theme, preferences, and information provided by the customer.

The fun is in the surprise! Items may vary from the photos shown on the website. Photos are examples of the types of treasures that may be included and are not a guarantee of specific items.

💳 Payments

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.

Please make sure your shipping and contact information is correct before submitting your order.

📦 Shipping

Orders will be packaged with care and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Scoopin’ with My Gnomies is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

💜 Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted when an item arrives broken, damaged, or spilled.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We do not accept returns or refunds because of personal preference, change of mind, or disappointment with a mystery item.

Our products are often handmade, individually selected, seasonal, or sourced in limited quantities. Minor differences in color, size, packaging, or appearance may occur.

📸 Photos & Content

All photographs, graphics, descriptions, logos, and other content created for Scoopin’ with My Gnomies belong to the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

🚫 Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
